13 to Life
by: Shannon Delany
Teenage love, loss and - oh, yeah - werewolves. Monsters are everywhere and what if the most frightening isn't a werewolf at all? Jessica's life seemed tragic enough since the loss of her mother, but meeting Pietr turns her world upside down again. The newest member of Junction High, Pietr has secrets to hide - secrets including dramatic changes he is undergoing that will surely end his life early.

I absolutely agree that Jess Gillmansen needs to be somebody with nice brown hair, jazygirl33. :-) I love the idea of Emma Watson in a starring role in 13 to Life--she's a great young actress.

You guys are both totaly right! but Jessie should be more curvy and have this down to earth look that also shows her true beuty. and no offence but that is So Not Pietr. i sont know how no ones commented on that. Pietr had longer hair with just little pieces that curled into his eyes. His face made your heart stop and his eyes made you swoon. And to tell the truth i didnt do either when i looked at drew tyler bell although he youd be good to play someone else. I give you credit though, its nearly impossible to fin the right Pietr.

LOL! Razzle Dazzle, this is the issue with casting characters--Drew has potential (but this isn't a great shot of him). The eyes and eyebrows are important. There's this guy, lemme find him again--Tom Sturridge--who definitely makes me think of Pietr, but I'm not sure he can authentically pull off being 17 again. I actually caught my breath today on the bus from Animal Kingdom to the Dolphin in Orlando when I saw this boy sit down (he was probably 15/16) but he had the facial features of Pietr (and the hair). I thought about trying to snap a pic to show everyone on Twitter, then chickened out. ;-)

And Jess can be more of an athletic build--she's not really fine-featured but she's a good, sturdy All-American girl (certainly no princess ;-).

Thanks so much for commenting!
